On our website only, we offer a service of personalization of timepieces at the request of our customers within our limited capacities by using of aftermarket parts or handicraft parts to create unique, customized timepieces. We do not manufacture nor sell watches. 

We are neither affiliated to nor authorized by the manufacturers of the client’s watches, that we accept to customize. They do not approve modifications or personalizations made to their products by unauthorized third parties

Therefore, our customization services are provided for personal and private use only. Any other use, in particular of a commercial nature, is not approved by CASIOAK STUDIO and will invalidate our warranty.

The brand names of the products mentioned on the Site are trademarks owned exclusively by third party companies. Any mention of the names or brands of these companies is for reference purposes only.

All intellectual property rights, including the brands, of the personal watches upon which we operate on your demand are the property of third-party companies. These third-party companies have not expressly approved the modifications we make to the original watches, so our company does not have an explicit permission or license from them and is therefore acting independently.
